From fragmented data
to one decision.

TradeShield AI continuously monitors the risk factors along a shipment's route and turns them into a single console: a risk score, a delay probability, and a recommendation — before the cargo leaves the factory.

How It Works

Three steps, run
continuously per shipment.

01

Ingest

Pull in weather forecasts, road traffic, port operational data, vessel movements, customs updates and seasonal patterns for the shipment's exact route.

02

Model

Statistical forecasting and AI combine these signals into a single logistics risk score and a delay probability for that specific shipment.

03

Recommend

The platform surfaces a dispatch time, an alternative route, and an alternative port — while the decision window is still open.

The Journey, Predicted

One shipment.
Five places it can quietly go wrong.

Tap a stage of the journey to see the risk signals TradeShield AI is already watching — before the cargo ever reaches it.

01 / Factory

Dispatch

Production finishes on schedule. This is the last moment a decision can still change the outcome.

Cleared to plan
02 / Highway

Transit

Traffic bottleneck forming on the port corridor. Historical congestion pattern flagged for this time of week.

Moderate risk
03 / Port

Yard & Berth

Container yard occupancy near critical. Heavy rainfall forecast to slow crane operations within 48 hours.

High risk
04 / Customs

Clearance

Processing capacity reduced this week. Backlog forming ahead of an upcoming public holiday.

High risk
05 / Vessel

Departure

Multiple vessels queued offshore. Schedule change already reported by two carriers on this route.

The Console

Seven numbers, generated
before a truck leaves the gate.

Every output on this console maps to a real decision an exporter has to make.

What Each Output Means

Seven outputs,
seven decisions.

Logistics Risk Score

A single 0–100 figure combining every risk factor on the route — the first thing a dispatcher checks each morning.

Delay Probability

The likelihood this specific shipment arrives later than scheduled, benchmarked against the normal baseline for that route.

Estimated Delay Duration

A time range, not just a yes/no — so an exporter can judge whether a delay is tolerable or costly.

Financial Risk Estimate

Demurrage, detention and idle-cost exposure translated into rupees, so risk is comparable to the cost of acting on it.

Recommended Dispatch Time

A concrete adjustment — dispatch earlier or later — rather than a generic warning.

Alternative Route Suggestions

A bypass or corridor change when the default route is the source of the risk.

Alternative Port Recommendations

A nearby port with lower congestion, when the destination itself is the bottleneck.
